TERMS OF SERVICE: (as of 3/11/04)
BY HAVING AN ACCOUNT AND/OR AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TO
ANY ARCHIVE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE, THE BACKBREAKER STUDIOS
ONLINE SERIES DATABASE, THE ACCOUNT USER HAS AGREED TO
ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
An Account User is any individual who holds an active
Account on the Online Series Database.
An Account allows the Account User to view the most recently
uploaded Episodes in the Online Series Database. It alone,
does not grant access to the Series Archives. The Account
User must Subscribe to a Series to gain access to the
Series Archives. To have an Account is free as long as
the Account User agrees to the Terms of Service and does
not violate them. An Account User can only deactivate
an Account when there are no active Subscriptions tied
to that Account.
A Subscription to an Archive will grant the Account User
permissions to view that Series Archive for the duration
of the Subscription length. This, however, does not guarantee
that new material will be posted for that Series Archive.
SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If an Account User pays
for a Subscription on a month to month basis, the Account
User can cancel the Subscription at any time with the
current payment being valid until the end of the current
paid time period. An Account User that has paid for a
set amount of time will remain valid until the end of
the current paid time period, where in the Subscription
will terminate, unless the Account User renews the Subscription.
BackBreaker Studios LLC and/or the respective artists
have all rights reserved to the reproduction and publication
of any materials. No content covered by copyright law
may be reproduced in any medium without written permission.
IF AN ACCOUNT USER HAS BEEN FOUND TO HAVE POSTED, REPOSTED,
PRINTED, REPRINTED, OR REPRODUCED IN ANY MEDIUM, ANY MATERIAL
REPRESENTED ON THIS SITE WITHOUT THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS
WRITTEN PERMISSION, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED AS
IT IS IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE WITH NO MONIES
REFUNDED AND APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN.
Any resemblance to any person living or dead is coincidental.

agrees to be bound by these changes. The Account User
agrees to review these Terms of Use on a periodic basis.

("Material") are protected by copyrights owned or controlled
by BACKBREAKER STUDIOS, LLC. UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REPRODUCTION,
REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING
OR DUPLICATING OF ANY OF THE MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED. The
information presented here may not under any circumstances
be resold or redistributed without prior written permission
