Check & Money Orders:

Checks will need to be cleared by our bank before your order can be shipped. This typically is about two weeks. Payments made by Check or Money Order must be recived within 30 days. After 30 days without payment the order will be void and held order items will be returned to stock.

Returns:

If you are not fully satisified with your purchase you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

To help expedite the processing of your return, please include the following:

• A photocopy of your recipt, or your name, shipping address, and invoice number. This will help us process your return. Note: a recipt is required for a refund.
• A brief explaination of why you are returning the product. This information will help us determine the nature of the return, as well as help us improve our product line to better meet your needs.
• The item or items which you are returning.
• If your order was damaged in shipping, then please include the confirmation tracking number from the shipping agent.

BackBreaker Studios will accept returns within 30 days of confirmation from the shipping agent that your order was received, or within 35 days of shipment, for orders where no carrier confirmation is used.

Return Shipping:

BackBreaker Studios will not be responsible for the cost of return shipment or the shipping of exchanged items, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case the corrected order will be sent free of charge.

BackBreaker Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us for a return. Therefore, we advise you use a form of shipment which includes tracking information or insurance if the return is of significant value.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges:

Exchanges:

You may exchange your items for replacement items of equal or lesser value.

Refunds:

To recieve a full refund, items must be returned undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is not presented, we will honor the return with store credit, which is good for 180 days from the date of issuance.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items may only be exchanged for identical items. (Except originals)

BackBreaker Studios will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Exchanges and refunds will be issued within 10 business days of our receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (i.e. through PayPal, or a check.)

Originals:

Original Art may not be returned except if it has been damaged during shipment. When returning an original, please contact us and we will arrange the return shipment. A full refund will be issued within 15 days of a positive verification from the shipping agent that the damage was caused during transit.
